Exchanges:

• We only accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in original condition and free from damage. Crystals and jewelry must remain intact and unworn.

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Returns:

• We do not accept returns on any products. Please ensure that you double-check your order before completing the purchase.

• If your jewelry is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will provide a solution.
